2.1  Our Returns Promise

At Vora Select, we stand fully behind every product we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free, hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. No questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority.

2.2  Return Eligibility

2.3  How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@voraselect.com or call (575) 707 4292 with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1 business day with your prepaid return shipping label and return authorisation number (RAN).
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Write your RAN clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Drop the package at any authorised USPS or UPS drop-off location. We cover the return shipping cost entirely.
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Please do not return items without first contacting us and obtaining a return authorisation number. Unauthorised returns may experience delays in processing.

2.4  Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming your refund has been approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase:

Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Vora Select error (wrong item sent, damaged in transit, or defective product).

2.5  Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please indicate this when you contact us to initiate your return. We will process a new order for the replacement item once your return is received and approved. If the replacement item is a different price, we will either refund the difference or send you a payment link for any additional amount.

2.6  Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@voraselect.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

2.7  Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframes, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or PayPal account again — sometimes there is a processing delay on the receiving end.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take several additional business days before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you have completed the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@voraselect.com and we will investigate immediately.
