Vora Select ships to many countries worldwide via DHL Express or USPS International. Delivery times for international orders are 10–21 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees applicable in their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are not collected by Vora Select. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, check your tracking information first. If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the package, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Photograph the damage immediately and contact us at support@voraselect.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
