Order Processing

All orders placed on voraselect.com are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive two emails:

• An order confirmation immediately after checkout
• A shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order is dispatched

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Vora Select cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. If you spot an error, contact us at support@voraselect.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Free standard shipping is applied automatically at checkout — no coupon code needed. All delivery timeframes are estimates and run from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Shipping Restrictions

Please be aware of the following limitations:

• P.O. Boxes: Express and overnight shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes. Standard shipping via USPS is available.
• Oversized items: Large or heavy items (e.g. furniture, large appliances) may require additional handling time and may not qualify for express options.
• International restrictions: Certain products cannot be shipped internationally due to customs regulations in the destination country.
• Sanctioned territories: Vora Select does not ship to countries or territories subject to US export sanctions.

International Shipping

Vora Select ships to many countries worldwide via DHL Express or USPS International. Delivery times for international orders are 10–21 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees applicable in their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are not collected by Vora Select. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Package Not Arrived?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, check your tracking information first. If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the package, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Package Arrived Damaged?

Photograph the damage immediately and contact us at support@voraselect.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
